种子(拟南芥)休眠与萌发的调控机制 被引量:7

摘要 种子萌发是大多数开花植物生长发育的起始阶段,受种子本身的激素水平调控,同时也受外部光照、温度等环境影响,是外部环境与种子自身代谢交互影响的一个复杂的过程。介于其在生产生活上的重要意义,种子萌发一直是植物学研究的热点。本文从激素、光照、细胞修复、组蛋白修饰对种子萌发的调控,同时结合盐胁迫对种子萌发的影响,针对这些热点问题,综述最新的一些研究结果,以期为人们从事相关研究提供参考。
