摘要
利用等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面制备铜合金粉末焊层。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针等设备研究了焊层界面显微结构和元素扩散情况及对基体性能的影响。结果表明,合金元素在结合层附近连续分布,并在焊层和基体界面呈陡然变化。由于Cu、Mn、Ce等元素固溶强化和弥散强化共同作用,等离子喷涂层硬度升高。
The gradated coating with copper alloy powder was prepared by plasma spray on 45 steel surface. The effects of interfacial microstructure and element diffusion on properties of matrix were studied through metallographic microscope,SEM, electron probe and other equipment. The results show that, the alloy elements in the binding layer are continuous distributed, and have large change in the coating and substrate interface. Plasma spraying coating hardness increases because of the solid solution strengthening and dispersion strengthened mutual effect of Cu, Mn and Ce.
