摘要
目的观察浮针配合中药热敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机制。方法将符合纳入标准的130例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组60例,治疗组采用浮针配合中药热敷治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。治疗3个月经周期后比较两组临床疗效,并观察两组治疗后6个月痊愈患者复发率。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为62.8%和95.7%,对照组分别为40.0%和81.7%,两组痊愈率和总有效率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈患者治疗后6个月复发率为15.9%,对照组为37.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针配合中药热敷是一种治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu＇s subcutaneous needling plus hot application with Chinese medication in treating primary dysmenorrhea, and to explore its action mechanism. Methods Totally 130 eligible subjects with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group of 70 cases and a control group of 60 cases. The treatment group was intervened by Fu＇s subcutaneous needling plus hot application with Chinese medication, while the control group was by Ibuprofen sustained release capsules. The clinical efficacies were compared after 3 menstrual cycles. The relapse rates were observed and compared 6 months later. Results The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 62.8% and 95.7% in the treatment group versus 40.0% and 81.7% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Six months later, the relapse rate in the recovered cases from the treatment group was 15.9% versus 37.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion Fu＇s subcutaneous needling plus hot application with Chinese medication is an effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
