摘要
在工业化生产条件下,通过成分设计和热机械轧制+回火工艺流程,采用晶粒细化、沉淀强化和位错强化等手段,获得了满足GB/T 1591-2008标准要求的低合金高强度钢板Q620E。试验钢Q620E的组织为板条贝氏体加粒状贝氏体,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别在630MPa和730 MPa以上,延伸率在17%以上,-40℃冲击功150 J以上,均高于国家标准要求。
The production of the low alloyed high strength steel Q620E (GB/T 1591-2008) under industrial production condition was introduced.The steel plates were designed based on the theory of strengthening through solution,precipitates and dislocation,and produced by the thermal mechanical control process and off-line tempering process.The micmstructure of tested Q620E steel was the lath bainite and granular bainite,and it' s yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and impact energy at-40 ℃ were above 630 MPa,730 MPa,17%,150 J,respectively,which were higher than the requirements of Q620E in GB/T 1591-2008.
