摘要
研究了天然染料靛蓝对超仿棉针织牛仔布的染色工艺,测试并分析了pH值、染色温度、染色时间对染色效果的影响,并将靛蓝染色后超仿棉纱线的反射光谱和色牢度与靛蓝染色后棉纱线进行了对比。结果表明,靛蓝主要以隐色酸Ⅱ的形式实现对超仿棉纱线染色,其最佳染色工艺为:pH值为6,染色温度120~130℃,染色时间为30 min;靛蓝染色后超仿棉纱线色光纯正,提升性好,其耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐日晒色牢度均较好。
The dyeing process of highly imitated cotton knitted jean dyed by indigo was studied, and the effects of pH value, dyeing temperature, dyeing time on dyeing effects were tested and compared. And the reflectance spectrum and color fastness of highly imitated cotton yarn dyed by indigo was compared with that of cotton yarn dyed by indigo. The results show that highly imitated cotton knitted yarn is dyed by indigo mainly in the form of vat acid Ⅱ, and the optimal dyeing process is that pH value is 6, dyeing temperature is 120~130 ℃, dyeing time is 30 minutes; the color shade of highly imitated cotton yarn dyed by indigo is pure with better improvement, and rubbing fastness, soaping fastness and fastness to sunlight is also good.
