城际铁路暗挖隧道下穿高压输电钢管杆施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道滨江新城—市政府区间下穿110 kV高压输电钢管杆,地层软硬不均,施工风险高。本文针对工程具体条件,提出了地层超前帷幕注浆加固和掌子面玻璃纤维锚杆预加固措施,采用液压破碎锤开挖方式,通过施工过程的有效控制,将隧道施工引起的地表沉降和高压输电钢管杆沉降与倾斜控制在容许范围内,施工效果良好,可为类似下穿高敏感结构物施工提供参考。 Binjiang new city-municipal government interval in Xiangjiang tunnel of intercity railway down- traversing the 110 kV high voltage power transmission steel tube pole and the stratum is uneven,which causes the high construction risk in this area. According to the circumstance, this paper proposed the stratum curtain grouting pre-reinforcement program and glass fiber bolt pre-reinforcement measurement ahead of the tunnel face by using hydraulic breaking hammer excavation method. Through the effective control of construction process, the surface settlement and high voltage power transmission steel tube pole settlement caused by tunnel construction is controlled within the permissible range and construction effect is good, which could provide a reference for similar construction of down-traversing high sensitive structures.
