摘要
德国的职业教育享誉全球,其应用技术大学所提供的人才资源和技术服务,对实体经济起着不可替代的作用。德国应用技术大学的发展历史悠久,本文从其建立背景与发展历程入手,详细分析了在专业设置、课程设置、师资配备、实习安排等四方面的经验。希望借德国应用技术大学的历史发展经验,为我国职业教育的发展提供学科设置、发展定位、学位授予等方面的经验与启示。
German Universities of applied technology have developed for a long time. Their vocational education is well-known worldwide and it plays an important role in the economy by providing human resources and technical service supports. This paper reviews the background and the evolution of the Universities of applied technology in Germany. It conducts detailed analyses concerning its personnel training mode in four aspects： disciplinary structure, curriculum, faculty, and internship arrangement. It is expected that the Chinese vocational education can learn from the historical development of German Universities of applied technology, which provides experiences and inspiration in the mode of disciplinary structure, development orientation, degree award and other aspects.
