摘要
目的分析奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃食管反流的临床效果。方法选取100例本院收治的胃食管反流患者为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均为50例,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组患者在不同阶段的治疗效果以及观察组不同疗程的胃镜检查结果。结果采取联合治疗的观察组4周后总有效率为78.0%,6周后为90.0%,与对照组的62.0%(4周)、76.0%(6周)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者0周胃镜积分等级(0级0例、1级19例、2级22例、3级9例)与4周(20级0例、1级10例、2级18例、3级2例)或6周(0级41例、1级7例、2级2例、3级0例)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃食管反流的临床效果优于单一奥美拉唑治疗,6周后胃镜检查结果显著优于4周,可见联合用药具有较高的临床应用价值,而奥美拉唑治疗疗程适宜设定为6周。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole （different courses of treatment） combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 100 cases of the patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole while patients in observation group took omeprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablet.The curative effect of two groups of patients in different periods of treatment was compared and the gastroscope examination was also compared in different courses of treatment in observation group. Results The total effective rate was 78.0% after 4 weeks and 90.0% after 6 weeks in observation group given combination treatment.Compared to control group,the total effective rate was 62.0% after 4 weeks and 76.0% after 6 weeks.The difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Observation group 0 weeks gastroscope integral levels were （0 grade in 0 case,lg fade in 19 cases,2 grade in 22 eases,9 cases of grade 3） compared for 4 weeks （20 grade in 0 case,1 grade in 10 eases,2 grade in 18 cases,3 grade in 2 cases） or compared for 6 weeks （0 grade in 41 cases,1 grade in 7 cases,2 grade in 2 cases,3 grade in 0 ease）,the differences were obvious and had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of using omeprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is better than that of single omeprazole.The endoscopy result after 6 weeks is significantly better than that after 4 weeks.Omeprazole combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablet in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has high clinical value,and omepra- zole treatment appropriates setting for 6 weeks.
