摘要
采用水热法制备了Pr3+激活的MMoO4∶Pr3+(M=Sr,Ba,Ca)系列荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及荧光光谱(PL)对该系列荧光粉的物相、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:Pr3+的掺入没有改变荧光粉的主晶相,在450nm蓝光激发下,样品产生了红光发射,其中对应于Pr3+的特征跃迁3P0→3F2位于647 nm的Ba9.98Pr0.02MoO4发射峰最强。MMoO4∶Pr3+(M=Sr,Ba,Ca)红色荧光粉可以被蓝光LED有效激发产生红光,是一种优异的YAG∶Ce3+黄色荧光粉的红光补偿粉。
Pr3 +doped MPrMoO4(M = Sr,Ba,Ca) phosphors were successfully prepared by the hydrothermal method. The phase,morphology,and luminescent property of the prepared phosphors were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy. The results indicate that doping of Pr3 +did not change the main phase of the phosphors. The samples emitted red luminescence upon excitation at 450 nm and the strongest emission peak corresponding to the characteristic transition of the Pr3 + 3P0→3F2was observed at 647 nm.MPrMoO4(M = Sr,Ba,Ca) red phosphors could be effectively excited by blue light emitting-diodes to emit red light. Acting as potential candidates for compensating the red light deficiency of cerium doped yttrium aluminum garnet yellow phosphor.
