摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚缓释片中丹皮酚的含量。方法色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS柱（150 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（70∶30）,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长274 nm。结果丹皮酚0.084～0.840μg与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=1.60%（n=6）。结论所用方法操作简单、结果可靠、重复性好,可较好地控制丹皮酚缓释片的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in Paeonol sustained - release tablets. METHODS The chromatographic column was Shim - pack VP - ODS （ 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water（70 ： 30 ） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. RESULTS The linear range of paeonol was 0. 084 -0. 840 μg （r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99.2% with the RSD of 1.6% （n = 6 ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable and reproducibile for the determination of paeonol in Paeonol sustained - release tablets.
