摘要
探讨河西走廊生态系统的基本特征,分析近10年流域治理规划实施存在的问题。结合河西走廊水资源和生态系统特征,以实现社会经济发展和生态保护共赢为目标,提出了河西走廊地区生态保护与建设的战略对策,即加快实现经济发展方式、水资源利用方式和生态保护方式"3个转变",并在此基础上提出了优先保护重要生境,切实维护绿洲稳定,优化调整产业结构等具体对策措施。
In this paper , the basic features of the ecosystem in the Hexi Corridor Region are discussed and the main problems of the implementation of river basin planning over the past ten years are analyzed .To achieve winw-in results of socio-economic development and ecological protection , ecological protection and construction strategies are put forward according to the water resources and ecosystem features of the Hexi Corridor Region .The strategies include transforming the modes of socio-economic development , water resources utilization , and ecological protection .On this basis , main measures are proposed , which include strengthening the ecological protection of important habitats , maintaining the oasis ecological balance ,and adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure .
