摘要
现代鱼菜共生系统的发展为都市农业提供了一项复合高效的应用技术,经过数十年的发展,形式趋向多样和立体,以便走入都市并应用于社区、商业甚至城市景观。通过瑞士都市农夫集装箱、南非莫约新餐馆与非洲食品市场和美国芝加哥海军码头改造,3个不同尺度鱼菜共生系统应用的案例分析,总结出鱼菜共生系统立体化、景观化、体验化的发展趋势和营建方式,并提出包括鱼菜共生系统在内的城市农场设施与城市公共空间及日常生活的融合的重要性。
Modern aquaponics has been provided to be a composite and efficient technology for urban agriculture. After a few decades of development, aquaponic applications have evolved diversely and vertically, making it more suitable for its applications in communities, commercial areas and even urban lanscapes. Through the study of latest applications of aquaponics-- Urban Farmer Box, Moyo＇s New Restaurant and African Food Market, and Chicago Navy＇s Pier Renewal, this paper concludes the vertical, esthetic, and experiential tectonic methods and tendency of aquaponics applications, and puts forward the importance of the integration of urban farm facilities with urban space and daily life.
