摘要
本文在对林芝地区自然、社会和经济现状调研的基础上,进行生态乡镇建设影响因素的SWOT分析,确立了生态乡镇建设的指导思想和建设思路,为不同类型乡镇量身定做了产业发展模式、项目运营模式以及配套的生态环保、人居和文化建设方面的措施,初步解决了边疆民族地区生态乡镇建设中模式欠缺的问题。
Based on a field survey of nature, society and economy in Linzhi in Tibet, this paper firstly gave a SWOT analysis on the influence factors in ecological construction of village and towns. Then, the guiding ideology and general thought of the ecological construction were put forward. To make full use of local conditions, the author suggested appropriate patterns of industry development and project operation to different types of townships, and worked out measures to support ecological environment protection, ecological human settlements and ecological culture construction. By these patterns and measures, the problem of lack of patterns in ecological construction was preliminary solved.
