摘要
用不同浓度的臭氧气体处理沙糖橘,以探究其对沙糖橘采后贮藏保鲜效果的影响。贮藏期间,测定各组沙糖橘的失重率、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、可滴定酸(TA)含量、呼吸强度、细胞膜渗透率和丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标,结果表明:浓度18.93 mg/m3的臭氧气体处理沙糖橘,可以显著抑制果实的呼吸作用,降低果实的失重率,使果实的细胞膜渗透率和MDA含量上升幅度显著减小,并使果实的TSS含量和TA含量保持在较高水平,从而较好地保持了果实的风味与品质,延长果实的贮藏期。
The study with different concentrations ozone treatment on sugar orange, to explore ozone impact on the storage of sugar orange. During storage, have measured weight loss, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA), respiration intensity, membrane permeability and malondiadehyde (MDA) content of shatang orange each group. The results showed that with the 18.93 mg/m^3 concentration of ozone treatment on sugar orange, it could inhibit the respiration of fruit significantly, minimize weight loss, reduced the membrane permeability and MDA rise of the fruit significantly, and maintained TSS, TA at a higher level, so that better to keep the flavor and quality, and to extend shelf life of the fruit.
