摘要
现阶段,我国公共停车场主要由政府投资建设,民间资本在停车场的建设投资中所占的比例很低,国内的停车产业化处于形成阶段。而北京的停车问题日益严重,停车位供不应求,加快停车场的产业化来解决停车难的问题势在必行。文章对BOT模式的停车产业化可行性进行研究,研究成果将有助于相关部门制定合理的政策法规,促进停车产业化的发展。
At present, the public parking lots of China are mainly invested by government, and the proportion of private capital is quite low in it,the parking industrialization of our country is in the formation stage.But the parking problem in Beijing becomes more and more serious, so it is imperative to speed up the parking industrialization to solve the p^king problem.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the parking industrialization in BOT model, the results of which will help the formulation of reasonable policies and regulations of relevant departments and promote the development of parking industrialization.
