摘要
卓越工程师培养是提升我国创新能力和国际竞争力的重要举措。从工程活动的基本特征和工程思维的基本内涵出发,探讨了卓越工程师的素质结构。从理论课程知识体系、实践教学课程体系、实践教学队伍建设和工程模拟平台建立等角度出发,介绍了卓越工程师素质培养的基本途径。
Cultivation of outstanding engineer plays a significant role in enhancing innovation ability as well as international competition in our country. Quality structure of outstanding engineer is discussed in terms of the basic characteristics of engineering activity as well as the basic connotation of engineering thinking. Based on knowledge system of theory curriculum, curriculum system of practice teaching, cultivation of practice teaching team and establishment of engineering simulation platform, the basic approaches to cultivating outstanding engineer is generalized.
