摘要
针对缩尺模型制作,利用Patran软件对实船桅杆原型和简化后的模型进行数值仿真,从振动和结构刚度两个方面与桅杆原型对比,依次考虑01甲板下横舱壁、围住桅杆的各分层甲板以及分层甲板之间舱室隔板的影响,结果表明,各分层甲板以及分层甲板之间的舱室隔板对桅杆的结构性能影响较大。考虑缩尺模型制作焊接局限,对分层甲板之间的舱室隔板进行等效简化,简化后的模型与桅杆原型吻合较好。
Pre-research of simplify of integrated mast is carried out based on the construction of the scaled model .Numerical simulation of vibration and structural stiffness is taken and compared to the original mast .The results indicate that the effect of every deck and bulkhead to structure performance of mast is remarkable after considering transverse bulkhead under 01 deck, ev-ery deck enclosure mast and cabin bulkhead between them .Cabin bulkhead between every deck is equivalently simplified consid-ering the limit of welding for making scale model , which agrees well comparing to original mast .
