摘要
目的：总结有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术（ ICL）治疗超高度近视的围术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析89例（176眼）有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗超高度近视的围术期护理措施，包括术前宣教、心理护理、术中护理、术后并发症护理等。结果术后6个月患者裸眼视力明显提高，仅个别患者出现手术高眼压、一过性瞳孔散大。所有患眼无眼内炎、继发性青光眼等并发症。结论加强ICL围术期专科护理，可促进患者康复，减少并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing essentials of posterior chamber intraocular lenses surgery in high myopia .Methods To analyze the perioperative period nursing care of 89 cases with posterior chamber intraocular lenses implantation , which included preoperative instruction and education , mental nursing , nursing of complications and so on .Results The uncorrected visual acuity of patients dramatically increased at postoperative six months . All affected eyes had no complications such as endophthalmitis , secondary glaucoma and so on , while little patients had surgery high intraocular pressure or transient mydriasis .Conclusions Strengthened perioperative specialist nursing can improve the recovery of patients and decrease the rate of complications .
