摘要
新型城镇化是党的十八大确定的重大国家战略,是稳增长、转方式、调结构的重要途径。在城镇化建设过程中,大、中、小城市所发挥的作用是不同的。中小城镇是推进国家城镇化快速发展的基础,是拉动地区经济增长的关键所在。文章以重庆市彭水县为例,在研究彭水县新型城镇化路径的基础上,探讨西部地区中小城镇如何利用自身优势选择城镇化建设路径。
The new-type Urbanization, as a major national strategic defined by the Eighteenth National Congress of China Communist Party, is an important way of steadying economic growth, transferring the mode of economic development and adjusting the structure of industry. In the course of urbanization, the different- sized cities play different roles. Small and medium- sized towns, as the basis for promoting the rapid development of Chinese urbanization, are the key of promoting local economic growth. This paper, based on studying path of the new-typed urbanization of Pengshui County, probes the westem small towns how to choose path of urbanization by means of its advantages, taking Pengshui County of Chongqing city as an example.
