摘要 2013年中国农产品价格总体温和上涨,三大主粮价格较为平稳,波动小于国际市场,大豆、棉花、食糖内外价格差异明显,猪肉、禽肉价格先降后升,牛羊肉、禽蛋、牛奶价格继续上涨,果蔬价格季节性波动明显。在农产品供需结构性偏紧、国际市场联动性增强及突发事件、灾害天气等因素影响下,中国农产品正在进入高价格时代,国内外价格联动性增强,内外价格差距将长期存在。建议国家加快构建全球视野下的农产品供应保障体系、加强农产品信息监测预警体系建设,加速完善中国农产品价格形成机制。 In 2013, the price of China's agricultural products had a gently rising. Among the products, the grain's price was relatively stable and its fluctuation is less than that in the international market. The price difference which was on the market at home and broad in soybean, cotton and sugar was obvious. Pork and poultry's prices dropped in the first half year, and then had a rise in the second half year. The prices of beef, mutton, eggs and milk continued to rise, and the prices of fruit and vegetable had a significantly seasonal fluctuations. Under the influence factors such as agricultural products' structural tight between supply and demand, enhancing correlation to the international market, emergency and weather disasters, China's agricultural products is entering the period of high price. Meanwhile, the agricultural products' price is also becoming tighdy, but the price gap between inside and outside market will exist for a long time. It is necessary to build agricultural product supply security system in the global scope, to strengthen the construction of agricultural information monitoring and early warning system, and to accelerate to improve the agricultural product price formation mechanism.
