摘要
在DH36钢坡口中分别添加纯铁粉和含Ti-B合金粉,采用FAB法埋弧自动焊接DH36钢板,对DH36焊接接头性能进行研究。研究结果表明:与坡口添加纯铁粉相比,添加Ti-B合金元素,DH36焊接接头抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率均满足使用要求,低温冲击韧性明显提高,0℃时KV为131.00J,-20℃时KV为87.00J,-40℃时KV为52.5J,通过对接头微观组织分析可知,低温冲击韧性提高根本原因是过渡到焊缝中的Ti-B元素形成夹杂物诱导晶内针状铁素体形成且针状铁素体呈相互交叉联锁状。
High- strength low- alloy steel plate DH36 was welded by flux aided backing(FAB) submerged arc welding with filler metal of pure Fe powders and Ti- B alloy powders,respectively,and the mechanical properties of the joint were tested.The results indicate that both the ultimate strength and the yield strength of the joints meet the use requirement with filler metal of Ti- B powders,meanwhile the impact toughness at low temperature was improved.The impact energy can reach up to 131.00 J at 0 ℃,87.00 J at-20 ℃ and 52.5J at-40 ℃,respectively.The reason of high impact toughness at low temperature is that interlocking acicular ferrite induced by Ti- B inclusions formed.
