摘要
国内以公益性为核心的公立医院绩效考核理论研究集中在公益性概念及公益性的测量等方面;在实践方面,各地公立医院的绩效考核评估指标没有将公益性完全融入整体的考核体系中,其公益性只是自发的、局部的和散在的,缺乏可持续性。应当从评价维度、考核目标与内容及制度建设等方面建立以公益性为导向的公立医院绩效考核制度路径。
The theoretical study on public indicator system of welfare nature - oriented public hospital performance assessment mainly focused on the concept and measurement at home; in the aspect of experience, the public welfare nature was not included in the public indicator system in many public hospitals. In order to establish public indicator system of welfare nature - oriented public hospital performance assessment should consider the aspects of assessment dimensionality, assessment objectives and contents, and system construction.
