摘要
随着中俄战略合作伙伴关系达到前所未有的高度,中俄两国开展了广泛、深入和富有成效的人文领域的合作,从2006年开始两国互办"国家年"、"语言年"、"旅游年",并将于2014年和2015年互办中俄青年友好交流年,旨在加强中俄两国友好关系的发展与合作,促进中俄两国人民对两国的相互理解和友谊。随着中俄两国人文领域合作的加深,双方都意识到人文领域的合作在政府框架下的交往比较多,官方的色彩过浓,民众参与过少。中俄都采取了有针对性的措施,调动民众参加的积极性,来促进两国人文领域的纵深发展。通过中俄两国人文领域的合作,增加了民众间的相互了解、密切关系,构建两国"世代友好,永不为敌"的社会基础。
As the Chinese and Russian academic cooperation develop, both two have been having widely and deeply cooperation in humanities. Since 2006, National Year, language Year and tourism Year have been held. The Year of China and Russia youth communication will be held in 2014 and 2015 to enhance the devel- opment, cooperation and mutual understanding. Both countries have realized the present humanity cooperation is mainly on the governmental surface rather than on people＇ s . Therefore, both will take measures to arouse people＇s interests to deepen cooperation. Through it, mutual understanding will be promoted and the base of ＂ bein~ ~ood neiz.hbors will be constructed.
