摘要
针对特殊圆弧螺纹加工困难的问题,分析了特殊圆弧螺纹车削加工的技术难点,提出了开发数控车削特殊圆弧螺纹通用宏程序的新思路,并编制出具有较高实用价值的特殊圆弧螺纹数控车削通用宏程序,实现了特殊圆弧螺纹数控车削的快速加工。
In view of the difficulty of special circular thread processing,the technical difficulties of the special circular thread turning were analyzed,some new ideas of universal macro program were put forward for development of NC turning special circular thread,and a special circular thread CNC turning universal macro program was programmed which had higher practical value. So the rapid processing of special circular thread NC turning is realized.
