摘要
将剑麻纤维与炭黑一起蒸汽爆破,之后再与基体复合能够提高复合材料屏蔽效能。研究表明,蒸汽爆破技术能有效地解决碳系粒子团聚的难题,改善碳系粒子在树脂基体中的分散效果,大大提高了复合材料的屏蔽效能。根据剑麻/石墨经过一次爆破、两次爆破和剑麻单独爆破后再与石墨共混3种加工方法制得复合材料并分别测试其屏蔽效能,得出剑麻/石墨经一次蒸汽爆破制得的复合材料的屏蔽效能最好。
The shielding effectiveness can be improved by putting sisal fiber and carbon black together to steam explosion,and then combing with the matrix composites.Studies have shown that steam explosion technology can effectively solve the problem of carbon-based particle agglomeration,improve carbon-based particles in the resin matrix dispersion effect,greatly improve the shielding effectiveness of composite materials.According to the three kinds of processing methods which was sisal/graphite steam explosion through once or twice before steam explosion and steam explosion sisal blends alone ,and then test their composites shielding effectiveness, we can conclude that the shielding effectiveness of the sisal/graphite composite material obtained by steam ex-plosion once was best.
