谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和硫氧还蛋白还原酶与肝癌发病关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 活性氧簇(reactive oxygen spcies,ROS)引起的氧化损伤是导致肝癌发生和发展的重要原因。而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GPx)和硫氧还蛋白还原酶(thioredoxin reductase,TrxRS)能够清除ROS,保护DNA、蛋白质、脂质等细胞成分免受损害,是重要的抗氧化酶系成员,现就GPx和TrxRs与肝癌的关系作一综述。
