人才是企业竞争优势的基础和保障,近年来,电力企业为建立科学合理的选人和用人机制,越来越重视人才素质测评工作。主要阐述电力企业人才素质测评重要性、测评方法及在人力资源管理工作中的应用。
Talents was the base and guarantee of enterprise competitive advantage. In order to build scientific and reasonable personnel election mechanism, power enterprise paid much more attention to talent assessment in recent years. This paper expounded the significance and the assessment methods of talent assessment in power enterprise, explained the application in the human resource management.
