摘要
采用氯化铁改性后的沸石对溶液中的铬(Ⅵ)进行静态吸附试验,研究了溶液pH值吸附时间、吸附剂用量、铬(Ⅵ)初始浓度等因素对吸附的影响。结果表明,改性沸石吸附铬(Ⅵ)的速度比天然沸石快,1h内可达到吸附平衡;溶液pH值在偏酸性时更有利于吸附进行;用Langmuir方程拟合了吸附等温线(R=0.9999),可用二级动力学方程描述吸附动力学过程,实验条件下计算的最大吸附量为1.18mg/g。
The zeolite modified by FeCl3 was studied by static adsorption method to investigate its adsorption capacity for chromium (Ⅵ) from the mixing solution. Influences of pH value, contact time, adsorbent dose and initial concentrations on the adsorption efficiency was determined. The results showed that the specific rate constant for sorption of Cr (Ⅵ) species on modified zeolites was faster than the natural zeolite during 30 minutes at the beginning, and equilibrium was found to be achieved within one hour. The adsorption could be efficient if pH values in the solution were less than 7.0. It was shown that adsorption process for the zeolite modified with Fe (Ⅲ) exactly followed Langmuir isotherm equation and the regression coefficient R=0.9999. Pseudo-second-order kinetics equation was well used to describe the adsorption rate. The maximum adsorption amount under the experimental conditions was calculated as 1.18mg/g.
