摘要
目的:探讨大学生抑郁现状及其影响因素。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),以分层整群随机抽样方法进行抽样,采用logistic单因素和多因素回归分析方法筛选出影响大学生抑郁的主要危险因素。结果:被调查的大学生中,抑郁检出率为30.3%。logistic多因素回归分析得到家庭经济情况、人际关系、就业前景、恋爱状况与大学生抑郁有关。结论:大学生抑郁检出率较高,大学生的心理健康问题应受到高度重视。
Objective To explore depression status and its influencing factors among college students,and put forward the corresponding guidance.Methods By using stratified-cluster sampling method,287 college students were investigated with self-made general questionnaire and the Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） to identify the major risk factors by single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis.Results About 30.3% of the subjects were in depression status.It was showed that depression status was associated with family economic conditions（ P〈0.05,OR = 2.626）,interpersonal relationships（ P〈0.05,OR = 17. 986）,job prospects（ P〈0.05,OR = 15.080） and romantic relationships（ P〈0.05,OR = 4.757）.Conclusions The depression status of college students is very serious.More attention should be paid on mental health problems of college students.
