摘要
目的:分析浙江某山区小学校园一起集体性癔症事件。方法:采用现场流行病学、卫生学、精神病学等方法对发生学校的卫生以及学生发病情况等进行全面调查。结果:首发者表现为胃部不适、恶心、呕吐;此后3 d相继有28例分布在相邻的寝室的住校生出现相似症状;女生(85.71%)明显多于男生(14.29%)(P<0.01);病情与病程明显受暗示影响。实验室检查未检出致病菌;用餐情况分析食物与本次发病无关。结论:小学生群体癔症发作以躯体功能障碍(转换型)表现形式为主,心理暗示和引导可明显影响其病情变化。
To explore epidemiological features of present collective hysteria occurred in a primary school in Zhejiang Province. Method:The hygiene in the school and the incidence of the students were surveyed completely with the field epidemiology,health sciences,psychiatry. Results:The first case ap-peared as upset stomach,nausea and vomiting. Since then,28 resident student who distributed the adjacent dormitory appeared similar symptoms in the following three days,and schoolgirls(85. 71% )more than school-boys(14. 29% )( P ﹤ 0. 01). The condition and course of the disease in those cases were obviously affected by the hint. The pathogenic bacteria did not be checked out by laboratory examination. Dining situation analysis showed that there was no correlation between the food and this illness. Conclusion:Somatic dysfunctions (conversion)are the main manifestations of group hysteria attack in primary school students,psychological sug-gestion and guidance will directly affect the development of the illness.
