摘要
为了探讨永城煤矸石污染区水域对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)肝脏的影响,选用15条污染区的鲫鱼样本,对其肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)4种酶活性及DNA损伤进行检测。结果发现,与对照组相比,试验组SOD、CAT活性均显著降低,ATPase、GSH-Px活性也下降,但差异不显著;试验组细胞彗星图像尾长和尾矩显著增加。表明煤矸石污染区水域降低了鲫鱼肝脏功能。
In order to investigate the effect of Yongcheng coal gangue polluted waters on fish liver,fifteen Carassius auratus samples collected from polluted waters were used to test their liver SOD,CAT,ATPase,GSH-Px activity and DNA damage.The results showed that the enzyme activities of SOD and CAT of test group were lower significantly than that of the control group.SCGE（single cell gel assay）result showed that tail length and tail moment were increased significantly.It implied that liver function of wild Carassiusauratusliving in Yongcheng coal polluted waters was decreased.
