摘要
分析了当代中国高校院级实验中心大型仪器设备管理存在的问题;以天津科技大学包装工程实验中心为例,从大型仪器的采购计划、管理平台建设、制度建设、实验技术队伍建设、考核体系等方面提出了提高院级实验中心大型仪器使用效益的几点措施;并简述了该措施产生的效益。
The problems of large instrument management in university experimental centers of China were analyzed. Several measures to improve the utilization efficiency of large instruments were proposed based on the situation of packaging engineering experimental center in Tianjin University of Science and Technology, including the purchase planning and assessment system of large instruments, the construction of management platform, management system and experimental technical team, and so on. Benefits from these measures were also discussed.
