摘要
农业信息化通过加快信息传播速度、扩大信息传播范围、运用数字农业生产管理技术以及提高农业从业人员素质等路径将促进农业技术效率提高。本文运用技术效率外生性模型实证研究了我国农业信息化对农业技术效率提高的促进作用。结果表明:我国农业信息化对各地区的农业技术效率提高均起到了明显的促进作用,这种促进作用在东部地区最强,中部地区次之,西部地区最弱。本文建议加快推进我国农业信息化进程,同时加快推进中西部农业生产的机械化、集约化和规模化。
Agricultural information can promote agricultural technology efficiency by accelerating the speed of information dissemination, expanding the scope of information communication, using digital technology to manage agricultural production and improving the quality of agricultural employees. In this paper, the technology efficiency exogenous model was used to study the effect of agricultural information on promoting agricultural technology efficiency in China. The result showed that agricultural information played a significant role in promoting agricultural technology efficiency in each area of China, the promoting effect on the eastern region was strongest, followed by the central region, while the western region was the weakest. This paper suggested speeding up the process of agricultural informationization in China, at the same time, accelerating the mechanization, the intensive and scale of agricultural production in the Midwest.
