摘要
分析了高校固定资产管理中管理体系不完善、管理效能不高等主要问题和实施固定资产管理绩效考核的必要性。提出科学合理、涵盖全面、指标多元的实施固定资产管理绩效考核的原则。具体分析了5个定性指标和4个定量考核指标在固定资产管理绩效考核中的应用。通过固定资产管理绩效考核,不断探索资源投入的最佳配置途径,推动存量资产的有效利用和大型仪器设备等资产的共享共用,提高固定资产使用的经济效益和社会效益。
Through the evaluation of the management performance of fixed assets ,this paper puts forward to continuously explore the best allocation path for the resources putting in ,to promote the effective utilization of existent assets , and the assets sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment , and to improve the economical and social benefits of the utilization of fixed assets .
