摘要
为探索贵州气候条件下空心菜在水培条件下的最佳营养液配方,研究了6种常用配方、猪粪和鸡粪沼液对空心菜的外观性状、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:荷兰温室配方处理效果最好,地上部分鲜重、干重、氮、磷、钾、钙、铁、锌和铜含量最高,分别较对照提高516.92%、271.43%、89.26%、380.65%、122.25%、30.79%、149.50%、464.71%和277.14%;霍格兰配方次之,株高、茎粗、根长、硫和钼含量最高,分别较对照提高201.25%、94.22%、104.57%、297.70%和166.67%;再次为华南农业配方,根鲜重、干重、镁、锰和硼含量最高,分别较对照提高388.89%、300%、98.70%、621.05%和956.25%。结论,荷兰温室配方是水培空心菜的优选营养液配方,其次为霍格兰和华南农业配方。
In order to screen the most suitable formulations for morning glory as leaf vegetable for hydroponics under the climatic condition in Guizhou, effect of 6 classical nutrient solution formulas, chicken,and pig manure biogas liquid were carried out.The results showed that Holland formula was the most suitable one (above-ground fresh weight,dry weight,N,P,K,Ca,Fe,Zn,and Cu content increased 516.92%,271.43%,89.26%,380.65%,122.25%,30.79%,149.50%,464.71% and 277.14%).Followed by Hoagland formula (plant height,stem diameter,root length,S,and Mo content increased 201.25%,94.22%,104.57%,297.70% and 166.67%).And Southern Agricultural University formula was also suitable (root fresh weight, root dry weight, Mg, Mn, and B content increased 388.89%,300%,98.70%,621.05%,and 956.25%).Therefore,Holland formula was most suitable for morning glory,followed by Hoagland formula and Southern Agricultural University formula.
