摘要
激励教育对成人教育不可或缺。激励能激发积极性和主动性,提升学习努力的程度。把"多元化激励模式"引入电大开放教育教学及管理,能优化教学,在学生之间建立激励竞争监督机制,对学生的学习到位率、网上资源利用率、改善考试纪律、提高教学质量有一定的意义。
Incentive education is indispensable to adult education. Motivation can arouse the enthusiasm and initiative and enhance the learning effort. The introduction of ＂pluralistic incentive mode＂ into the open education teaching and management can optimize the teaching and establish motivation competition supervision mechanism between students. It has a certain significance to improve the students; learning rate in place and utilization rate of network resources, as well as to improve the examination discipline and the teaching quality.
