摘要
价值取向对于规范、引导档案信息资源规划建设有着十分重要的意义,然而,当前我国档案信息资源规划的实然价值取向存在着侧重资政功能、侧重实体管理、侧重中庸采集、侧重独立服务等价值偏差。为了纠正这种偏差,可以通过培育档案人员的价值情怀、培育大档案观的认知能力、培育社会公众的需求情结以及培育国家层面的保障意愿等途径,使其朝着应然的价值取向发展。
The value orientation has a very important significance for the specification, guidance of the plan of archival information resources. However, the actual value orientation of archives information resource plan in our country has the value deviation of focusing advisory function, entity management, Golden mean acquisition, independent service. In order to correct this deviation, we can cultivate the value of feelings, the cognitive ability for Concept of Archives, needs feelings of social public, protection will of the country and so on, which will make it towards the development of value orientation which should be.
