摘要
                
                    玉米籽粒自然脱水速率是影响玉米品质的主要因素之一,同时也是决定玉米机械化收获及籽粒干燥、储藏、异地运输及深加工等环节的决定性因素。本文通过对玉米籽粒自然脱水速率与籽粒发育时期的关系、与作物性状(农艺性状,品质性状)的相关性和QTL定位研究三个方面系统性地论述,总结了选育快速脱水玉米品种的选育策略及玉米籽粒含水量的测定方法,提出了玉米籽粒自然脱水速率未来研发策略,为育种者选育高产、脱水速率快的品种提供思路指导和方法借鉴。
                
                Kernel dehydration rate is one of the main factors which influence maize quality. Meanwhile, it also affects the mechanical harvest, grain dry, preservation, transportation and deep processing, etc. This paper reviewed the relationship between kernel dehydration rate and development stage, main agronomic traits, quality traits and QTL location research. Finally, we summarized the correlation between breeding strategies and measure methods on grain moisture content. The future research development strategies on the kernel dehydration rate were put forward. It would provide ideas and methods for the cultivation of new varieties with high-yield and high kernel dehydration rate.
