摘要
目的：通过对36例脊柱包虫病患者围术期护理资料的分析，探讨此种疾病的最佳护理方法。方法回顾性分析1999年10月～2012年9月在我院脊柱外科住院的骨包虫病患者36例，即采用分阶段个性化术前疼痛及心理护理；术后脊髓神经系统观察与护理、功能锻炼、康复指导及用药指导；出院后健康随访。结果36例患者积极配合围术期护理，无护理并发症，均康复出院。结论分阶段个性化围术期护理，能够消除患者术前紧张情绪、减轻患者痛苦；术后通过观察脊髓神经系统的变化、康复及用药指导，使其更好地配合治疗的顺利完成，是手术成功及提高患者生活质量的关键。
Objective To Explore the best nursing method through analysing 36 cases ofspinal hydatid disease patients Perioperative nursing data. Methods Retrospective analyse 36 cases of spinal hydatid disease patients admitted to our department from October 1999 to September 2012,Adopt different staged individualized nursing of preoperative pain and psychology,Postoperative spinal cord nerve system observation and nursing care,Functional exercise,Rehabilitation and medication guidance,Health follow-up after discharge. Results 36 patients Actively cooperated during perioperative nursing.No nursing complication,All recovered and discharged. Cunclusion Different staged individualized perioperative nursing can eliminate the patients tension,Relieve patients＇ pain By observing changes in the spinal cord nervous system,guiding rehabilitation and medication,we can make it better coorperate to the successful completion of treatment. That is the key to successful surgery and improving the patients quality of life.
