摘要
利用中国知识产权网专利信息服务平台对国内中草药失效专利进行检索,从数量、申请人和技术领域几方面对中草药失效专利进行分析,发现我国中草药专利产出偏少,科技含量较低,维持周期较短,专利保护意识有待提高。
The paper retrieves domestic invalid patents of traditional Chinese herbal medicine from China Intellectual Property （ CNI- PR） patent information service platform, carries out analysis from the aspects of amount, applicant and technology field. The result shows that the output of traditional Chinese herbal medicine patient is low, the technology content is not high, the maintenance cycle is short and the patent protection awareness needs to be improved.
