摘要
智能桥式码垛机系统是一套复杂的连续式袋装物料输送系统,工艺布置设计在系统实施过程中占据有重要地位。介绍了系统的组成与工作原理,分析了工艺布置原则和注意事项,设计分析了常见的工艺布置,对系统的实施和推广应用起到较好的总结与借鉴作用。
Intelligent bridge stacker system is a complex continuous conveying system for bag material. Process layout design takes up important position in system implementation. In this paper, the compositior, and working theory are introduced, the principle and attention items of process layout are analyzed, and the typical process layouts are designed and analyzed. Good summary and reference are played to the implementation and application of system.
