摘要
结合国民经济核算口径,利用青岛市数据,建立了经济收益分析模型和边际社会收益分析提纲,分析了青岛市创建国家健康服务业试验区的产值发展规模。分析结果显示:在青岛市推动服务业跨越式发展的背景下,2018年本市健康服务业产值将逾千亿元,创造30万个社会就业岗位,成为服务业支柱行业和市生产总值增长的重要驱动器。
Combined with national economic accounting, using the data of Qingdao to establish the analysis model of economic profits and the analysis outline of marginal social benefits, it analyzes the production value development scale of establishing the experimental area of national health service industry in Qingdao. The analysis result showed that, under the background of promoting the great-leap-forward development in Qingdao, the production value of local health service industry in 2018 will beyond 100 billion yuan, 300 000 social jobs will be increased, which will become a main pillar of the third industry and local GDP growth.
