摘要
鉴于传统铺层复合材料头盔壳体的结构缺陷,梳理了针对复合材料头盔壳体整体增强织物开展的研究工作,重点总结了2.5维角联锁织物、纬编双轴向织物、经编多轴向织物3种典型增强织物的结构、织物的成型性,纤维增强复合材料冲击及抗弹性能等方面的研究成果,对比了织物的变形机制与复合材料的能量吸收系数。结果显示:纬编双轴向织物变形能力均衡,成型性好,抗冲击性能优异,更适宜用作头盔壳体增强织物;同时针对织物结构与成型性之间的关系,织物结构和变形对其复合材料冲击性能的影响等,指出存在问题和进一步研究的方向。
In light of the structural defects of conventional laminated composites helmet shells, this paper reviews research works on composite helmet shells integratively reinforced with fabrics, which emphasizes fabric structure, fabric mouldability, impact and ballistic performance of three typical reinforced fabrics of 2.5 D angle-interlock fabric, multilayered biaxial weft knitted fabric and muhiaxial warp knitted fabric. Comparison of the three fabrics in respect of mechanism of fabric deformation and energy absorption coefficient indicates that the multilayered biaxial weft knitted fabric has the same deformation capacity along warp and weft directions, good mouldability and impact performance, and is more suitable for the reinforced fabric of helmet shells. Meanwhile, some existing problems and further research directions are presented, especially the relationship between fabric structure and mouldability, and the effect of fabric structure and deformation on the impact properties of fiber reinforced composites, etc.
