摘要
介绍了高速切削技术及其对CAM系统的要求,对高速切削编程的原则进行了分析.探讨了宏程序在加减速过程中的应用,并给出了宏程序编制的典型情况,绘制出整体程序的流程图,同时列出了相关宏程序.
This paper introduces the technology of high speed cutting, puts forward the requirement for high speed cutting CAM system, and analyzes the high speed cutting programming principles. Still, it deals with the application of macro program in the process of acceleration and deceleration, with the realization of the real time change of the speed. In addition, the paper sums up the typical situation of macro program and lists the flow chart of the overall program and the relevant macro program.
