摘要
借助Pro/E软件对各种危险工况下ZF3700/16/26型液压支架底座的强度以及应力分布构建三维实体模型,通过仿真模拟得到在两端施加集中荷载和扭矩2种工况下底座应力及位移分布云图,进一步分析可知,底座应力集中主要位于前后柱窝及边缘盖板处。
With the help of Pro/E software, built the three-dimensional entity model of strength and stress of hydraulic support typed ZF3700/16/26 in kinds of dangerous conditions. According to the simulation, give the stress and displacement distribution cloud figure of support base in two conditions: given the concentrated load on both ends and torque. Based on Further analysis, the stress concentration mainly occurred in before and after column nest and the edge of the cover plate.
