摘要
简要阐述托辊筒皮两端缩口的结构特点,剖析托辊的组装工艺和托辊筒皮的缩口工艺。为满足托辊设计要求,介绍了托辊缩口专用机床的设计思路及关键技术点。使其生产制造的托辊在径向跳动量、旋转阻力等性能都达到标准要求。
Briefly describes the structural characteristics and advantages of both ends of the roller drum skin necking, analysis of roller assembly process and necking process of roller drum skin. In order to meet the design requirements of roller, the paper introduces the design ideas and the key technical points of production machine for roller necking. Roller produced by this machine can meet the performance requirements at radial run-out, rotary resistance and other properties.
