摘要
针对缺乏统一的前置液评价方法的问题,通过调研分析和室内实验研究,将现阶段常用方法分为提高顶替效率和促进界面胶结2大类,并对每种方法的特点及适应性进行了分析。讨论了六速旋转黏度计模拟实验和润湿角测试实验的合理性,提出了相应的量化评价指标。结果表明,实验数据具有很好的重复性及对比性,可以用于前置液体系开发及室内评价。
Currently there is no widely accepted method for the evaluation of preflush fluid for well cement, although preflush fluid plays an important role in the success of well cementing job. Analyses and study were conducted on the methods currently in use of evaluation, dividing them into two categories: displacing efficiency evaluation and bonding acceleration evaluation. The soundness of using 6-speed rotational viscometer and wetting angle measurement was discussed, and quantified indicators for preflush fluid performance presented. The experiment data have very good repeatability and compatibility, indicating that the method can be used for laboratory evaluation of preflush fluid for well cementing.
