束鹿致密油气藏体积改造技术研究与应用 被引量:1

Study and Application of Stimulation Technology for Tight Oil and Gas Reservoir in Shulu

摘要 通过对束鹿泥灰岩-砾岩致密油气藏的储层岩石学特征、岩石物性、酸蚀效果等分析,研究出与之配伍的增产措施工作液体系,提出了泥灰岩-砾岩增产措施方案.介绍了束探1H和束探2x井的施工情况.束探1H井分为九段进行体积改造,总液量为7 730 m3,加砂量为252.5 m3,而束探2x井分七段改造,总液量为11 180m3,加砂量为100m3,每段使用20 m3互溶剂、20~40m3降黏剂、少量交联剂ZYT-A、胶囊破胶剂GB-1以及过硫酸铵等处理剂.束探1H井酸压体积改造后,对4 620~4 953m井段求产,获日产原油243.6 m3/d、气74 121 m3/d的高产工业油气流;对束探2x井3 685~4 953 m井段压后求产,日产原油21.12 m3/d,日产气1 093 m3/d.经过现场实施,在水平井中应用酸压体积改造技术可有效地提高束鹿致密油气藏的单井产量,但不同岩性的改造效果不同,泥质含量较高者,改造效果较差,故在措施改造前,应加强岩性的分析,提高措施的针对性. A study was conducted on the tight marl-conglomerate oil and gas reservoir in Shulu for its petrographic characteristics, petrophysics and acid erosion, and a stimulation measure was presented. The operation of two exploration wells is introduced in this article. The Well Shutan-1 was divided into 9 sections for stimulation, totally using 7,700 m3 stimulation fluid and 252.5 m3 sands. Well Shutan-2x was divided into 7 sections for stimulation, totally using 11,180 m3 stimulation fluid and 100 m3 sands. For each section, 20 m3 of mutual solvent, 20-40 m3 thinner and some crosslinker ZYT-A, capsule gel breaker GB-1 and ammonium persulphate were used. After stimulation, Well Shutan-1 produced 243.6 m3/d oil and 74,121 m3/d gas from 4,620-4,953 m, and Well Shutan-2x produced 21.12 m3/d oil and 1,093 m3/d gas from 3,685-4,953 m. Field application also showed that spatial acid fracturing can enhance the daily production of the reservoir in a single well in Shulu. Study on reservoir petrophysics should be strengthened before reservoir stimulation because it plays a role in oil and gas production enhancement.
