摘要
长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道一期工程狼山沙潜堤采用了1 869 m长的半圆体混合堤结构。半圆体大型预制构件具有异型、薄壁、开孔的结构特点,构件的钢筋保护层厚度控制是预制工程的难点与重点。本文从多方面分析影响半圆体预制构件保护层厚度的因素,并探讨如何提高钢筋保护层厚度合格率。
Langshansha submerged dike in Nanjing Yangtze river deepwater channel phase I project contains 1 869 meters semi-circular composite dike. The large-scale semi-circular prefabricated structure is a shaped thin-wall opening large components. The structure thickness of concrete cover is the key and difficult part of prefabricated engineering. "Fnis paper analyzes the influential factors of the thickness of concrete cover for the semi-circular prefabricated structure from many aspects, and discusses the means of improving the qualified rate of the thickness of concrete cover.
