摘要
针对常用的IGBT驱动模块存在外围电路复杂、需要额外的多路稳压直流源、保护功能不足、可靠性不高等弊端,难以满足MMC换流站IGBT工作要求的情况,提出了将开关电源和驱动电路集成在同一电路板上,并且对电压反馈电路、过载保护电路、光耦隔离电路、过流检测与保护电路进行了具体设计。实验结果表明,本设计方案能很好地满足模块化多电平换流站IGBT的工作要求,对类似的IGBT驱动设计有很好的实用参考价值。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the complexity of periphery circuit ,needing extra multi-channel DC power source, deficiency of protection function and poor reliability of commonly used IGBT driver module, which can difficult to satisfy the work- ing requirement of modular multilevel converter station IGBT, this paper puts forward a method of focus switching power supply and driving circuit on one circuit board, and gives a specific design of voltage feedback circuit, over-load protection circuit, optic coupling circuit, over-current detection and protection circuit. This design can meet the working requirement of modular multilevel converter station IGBT through experimental validation. Also, this design offers some practical references to similar IGBT driver design.
